Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

MarketCPR offers both free and paid subscription plans. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds are granted and how cancellations are handled.

2. Free (Basic) Plan

  • The Basic plan is free of charge with no payment required.
  • No refund applies as there is no financial transaction.
  • You can continue using the Basic plan indefinitely at no cost.

3. Paid Plans — Refund Eligibility

7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase, provided:

  • Less than 20% of the premium features have been used (e.g., fewer than 20% of allotted AI analysis credits consumed).
  • The refund request is submitted via email to support@marketcpr.com with your registered email address and reason for the request.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • After 7 days — Requests made after the 7-day window has elapsed.
  • Renewal charges — Automatic renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid future charges.
  • Excessive feature usage — If more than 20% of premium features have been consumed within the refund window.
  • Promotional or discounted plans — Plans purchased at a promotional price are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
  • Account violations — Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
  • Trading losses — We do NOT refund subscription fees based on trading losses incurred. MarketCPR is an educational tool, and trade outcomes are entirely your responsibility.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused days within a billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the free Basic plan.

6. Upgrade & Downgrade

  • Upgrades: When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately.
  • Downgrades: When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle. The remaining balance is credited toward future charges (no cash refund).

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@marketcpr.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
  2. Include your registered email, plan name, and purchase date.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
  4. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
  5. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account immediately. We encourage you to resolve any billing concerns directly with us first for a faster resolution.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of paid services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
